Defective or Incorrect Items
If you discover a defect or receive an incorrect item upon delivery, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page within 7 days of the delivery date. Based on the information and photos you provide, we will guide you through the appropriate resolution process. Please note that some manufacturers may require notification within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted due to manufacturer policies.

Required Photos for Inquiry
- 3 Clear photos showing the defective area and the entire product, and a photo of the barcode on the individual product packaging.
Note: If you do not submit the required photos within 3 or 7 days of receiving the item, we cannot offer any compensation.
Product Condition at the Time of Inquiry
- The product must be unused (trying on is acceptable).
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Please provide the delivery note.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, washed, cleaned, or have odours, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
- Minor discrepancies such as size differences within ±3 cm, new product odours, slight color variations, small stains (within 0.5 cm), or minor fraying are within international inspection standards and are not considered defects.
- Returns due to differences in fit or color perception, missing tags, or items without a verifiable purchase history with us cannot be accepted.
- After your inquiry, the manufacturer will assess the item's condition, which may take some time.
- Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged for the same product as your order. However, if the size is out of stock, we will refund the product.
- Exchanges will be processed after we receive the returned item. Please return the item within 7 days after your inquiry and provide the tracking number.
- If all items in your order have to be returned, we will refund the return shipping cost upon receipt of the shipping receipt. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We cannot accept returns due to customer preferences after shipping or receiving the product. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
- Some imported items may have their outer packaging's virgin seal opened during inspection. Returns or exchanges for these items after use are not accepted.
- According to the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), cooling-off periods do not apply to purchases made through our company.
Refund Policy – Customs & Returns
If a shipment is returned due to refusal to receive the package, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will only apply to the product price, excluding shipping costs, after the returned package has been received and inspected.
